• Returns and exchanges will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date
• Items must be unused and in new condition; clothing must be unworn and unwashed with original price tags attached
• Please contact us by phone or email to obtain a Return Authorization number within 7 days of receving the order
• If possible, items should be returned in the original packaging; if not possible, the same type of packaging should be used.
• Please pack items securely with a copy of your invoice/packing slip
• Returned items will be inspected before a refund is issued or an exchange is approved
